Project Overview: This new build project was to create a 5 story, 120 key, end loaded lobby pavilion, indoor pool & fitness center, restaurant, bar, 5000 SF meeting facilities and garden walkways. Serenely positioned by a small lake, Hilton Garden Inn has an amazing exterior that feels a bit more like an escape. The site was completely undeveloped and Project ARC provided site development strategy, budget assumptions, proformas, utility coordination, government approvals, overall site design, complete planning oversight, architectural & engineering selection, contractor selection & negotiations, construction oversight, FF&E design & selection, purchasing oversight, fit out oversight and opening logistics. The property was completed under budget and on time with minimal change orders.

Project Overview: This new build project was to create a 4 story, 104 key, with second level lobby pavilion, lower level covered parking, outdoor pool, fitness center, restaurant, bar and 1800 SF meeting facility. The property is located on the beautiful inter-coastal waterway with close access to the beach, golf and shopping. The building was raised one level due to the site proximity to sea level which afforded the site to accommodate covered secured parking on the lower level. Project ARC provided site development strategy, budget assumptions, proformas, utility coordination, government approvals, overall site design, complete planning oversight, architectural & engineering selection, contractor selection & negotiations, construction oversight, FF&E design & selection, purchasing oversight, fit out oversight and opening logistics.
