Technology Advocate

 

Recently completed an extensive technology effort to automate and unify all Hilton Brand Standards, Area Programmers, Budgeting Tools, Design Submittal / Review Procedures, Vendor Relations program and ensure these new systems integrate with the existing Waiver programs, Property Improvement Planner, Quality Assurance Inspection program and Overall Property Performance program. Essentially creating a navigation platform aimed at the tracking, reporting and prediction of hotel approvals, starts and openings for New Builds, Conversions and Renovations.

Customer Relations

 

Achieved a revenue neutral solution that promoted preferred suppliers, vendors and service partners, to assistance owners while they attempt to develop their property according to the applicable brand standards. The overall success of the program was a twofold approach allowing the suppliers/vendors/service providers to identify opportunities (New Builds, Conversions and Renovations) allowing them to find projects that are in need of their products and allowing Owners to ultimately facilitates early solution, resolution & decision making.   Ultimately supporting the Brand Standards and reducing the time necessary for product reviews and potential changes.

Branding Excellence

 

Produced the most success upscale hotel product, awarded by JD Power and Associates, for 16 years with the creation and implementation of the Hilton Garden Inn Brand and three years with the Hyatt Place Brand.  Developed nine new Brands in various hospitality segments under the Hilton, Starwood, Hyatt and Baymont flags.  Introduced numerous solutions and products that have improved guest satisfaction and experience from food and beverage concepts, sound quality abatement solutions, fire & life safety programs and guestroom integration technologies for phone applications.

Product Innovator

 

Introduced new web based program that captures digital design submittals along with the conversations to allow legal implementation of document management protocols. This solution allowed projects to continue, well past the two-year document retention policies without purging important details, conversations, final decisions or interrupting the timing for a successful property opening.  The system was designed around owner’s visibility into the status of architectural, design and construction submittals as well as providing a prioritizes workflow for the AD&C Brand teams to ensure timely turnaround of reviews and approvals.
